One may remark… what’s the fun if we live in Maharashtra or we are Maharashtrians and thus there appears to be no newness at all and why would we be interested in Maharashtrian Food Festival in a 5 Star Property.? Well… there’s a convincing rationale or better say reasons for that! In this style of Food Celebration, a large range of Maharashtrian Dishes are accessible to choose from and unquestionably the immense difference is… each and every item is not entirely “Ghar Guti Jewan” but a grand blend of home-made and professional cooking and that makes the whole scenario elite and exceptional.

The most imperative feature of this specific festival @ Buzz is that hotel guests as well as walk-ins may get pleasure from Maharashtrian Delicacies during Dinner time between 7:30 PM and 11:00 PM but as per the piece of information shared by Executive Chef Sanjay Singh and Chef Pranit (CDP) who has exclusively curated the whole menu items for the fest, “Even during lunch time, if any guest wishes to try some Maharashtrian Dish, it would be prepared and served”.

Buzz, the outlet is wonderfully decorated with traditional Maharashtrian essentials like colorful rangoli designs, traditional artwork, authentic wooden door, utensils etc. showcasing the festival theme. And yes! At the entrance, you are greeted by a lovely hostess in typical Maharashtrian Traditional attire.

This is to state again that it is always a pleasure to be in Buzz that has an engaging and aesthetically agreeable ambiance. While the outlet offers welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, it has abundance of natural brightness, magical lights at night, and does offer ample privacy and remarkably control noise levels.

What you enjoy in this Special Festival are trendy snacks like Vada Pav, Misal Pav, Sabudana Vada, Kothimbir Vadi, and Poha. In the main course you may have Varan Bhaat (dal-rice), Bharli Vangi (stuffed eggplant), and Kolhapuri Chicken or Mutton Curry. A Dessert Station offers you a range of desserts like Modak, Shrikhand, Amrakhand, Aamras, and Puran Poli etc.

The Centre of Attraction is a live food counter where diners can witness the preparation of certain dishes which is certainly adding an interactive element to this festival.

One you have tried a few dishes, you get the message that the Chefs and their associates do have a deep understanding of ingredients, flavors, cooking techniques, and food presentation. While Executive Chef Sanjay Singh, Vikhyat and Kalyan have done a magnificent job, Chef Pranit Padwal deserves a special mention who has curated splendid and superlative ‘bill of fare’ for the Festival. The qualitative character of each dish vocalizes the fact that Chef Pranit is without a doubt a proficient specialist who has paid vigilant attention to measurements, cooking times, plating techniques, and largely presentation to make certain that each dish is executed to excellence.

While the entire Production Team is noteworthy, the involvement of Dining Room Service Members is first-rate as they have a customer-centric approach and provide personalized service to enhance the overall dining experience. Varun Agashe (RM) is one professional who doesn’t have just proficient service skills but has immense knowledge of F&B, and it is always a pleasure to have a conversation with him. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Kaviraj, Saurav, Sanket and Sreeja for their blend of competent and convivial incline and their prompt and pleasurable service expertise.
