Chef Wolfgang Puck continues to shine…

It was 29th year of Puck’s catering for the enormous and the excellent on the night of the Academy Awards and he had developed a far-reaching menu for all tastes, including a section of British classics by young chef Elliott Grover.

I am convinced of the verity that you are well aware of the iconic Duck and Waffle that sits on the 40th floor of the Heron Tower, one of London’s highest buildings. It constantly pompously boasts the title of London’s highest 24-hour restaurant that has scrumptious items well created by Chef Elliott Grover.

I am so ecstatic to reveal with superiority that 17 Chefs out of Brigade of 113 chefs under the kind command of Chef Grover who worked cooperatively on significant menu are very well connected to me. While in the gigantic Dining Room Sparkling Finesse by Fleur de Mirava was readied to be popped up, and wines from Domaine Charence Dillon rested to be unscrewed, Grover and his squad of Expert Chefs created Class Menu items that incorporated Italian and Asian cuisines as well.

The foremost delicacies included mini fish and chips fried in beef drippings served in a cone. There were tiny chicken pies with black truffle shavings, and five kinds of pasta, from Agnolotti to Pasta with Truffles and the finger-licking Asian-style fried chicken, among many other indulgence.


After having spent about 5 hours spiritedly and passionately at Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, the invitees commenced their meal with Mini Fish and Chips, fried in beef droppings served in a cone, and Tiny chicken pies with black truffle shavings. Agnolotti, Pasta with truffles appeared as Italian Specialties with Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu and Smoked salmon Oscar Matzo as Asian Cuisine. To bring to a close the late night dinner the world known celebrities were offered Trifle with sherry, topped with a maraschino cherry and also non-smoking Cigars… yes! Jokes apart the Chocolate Cigars!

There did exist the exceptional cocktail party too. Charles Joly, who has been the official mixologist of the Oscars since 2016, and his side that specializes in margaritas, Palomas, and tequila martinis astounded the guests. O yes! Don Julio tequila was used in the proceedings.


If you want to keep film fraternity exultant and ecstatic, just keep the cuisine and cinema rolling!
