You may indulge in a culinary journey at Feast by Sheraton, an esteemed all-day dining haven where discerning patrons delight in an exquisite array of both international marvels and local delicacies. From the ocean's bounty of freshest seafood to meticulously prepared succulent roasts and irresistible desserts, every palate finds its paradise within its vibrant and inviting buffet enclave nestled in the heart of Pune. Feast, true to its name, offers an expansive selection that transcends mere meals, elevating breakfast, lunch, and dinner into epicurean experiences of unparalleled delight.

As I stepped back into this esteemed establishment, after an extended absence carefully orchestrated to recalibrate my palate, I found myself enveloped in an opulent tapestry of gastronomic mastery that far surpassed my previous encounters. The seamless synchronization of culinary prowess displayed by the proficient brigade of chefs, notably Bhushan, Nilima, and Satvik, under the discerning tutelage of the newly anointed culinary director, Prasad Jagdale, left an indelible imprint on my discerning palate.


The gastronomic opus unfurled by the dining room service team, led by the consummate stewardship of Ajay, and embellished with the meticulous attentiveness of Feli, Zozo, Malaya, Deepak, Jailal, and the remarkable intern Sneha, epitomized a dedication to perfection that reverberated through every course. A particular nod must be given to Santosh, a venerable pillar of the culinary realm for close to two decades, whose steadfast commitment serves as a poignant tribute to the enduring legacy of this esteemed establishment.

In this expansive culinary symphony, meticulously curated and crafted with artistry, the limelight was unequivocally seized by the sumptuous array of non-vegetarian salads, each a harmonious fusion of vibrant flavours and textures. The opulent cheese platter, a veritable tableau of artisanal delights curated from the finest fromageries, captivated the senses with its symphony of aromas and nuanced profiles. Yet, it was the pièce de résistance, the "Glassful of Sweet Sunshine Liquid," a libation crafted with precision and finesse that truly enraptured the soul. This euphoric concoction, a masterful blend of pure orange elixir, danced upon the palate with its effervescent zest, imbuing every sip with a radiant burst of citrusy delight.

The absence of compound salads, while conspicuous, served as an invitation to delve deeper into the realm of à la carte dining, where each dish is meticulously crafted to perfection, ensuring an unparalleled sensory experience. This preference for à la carte over the buffet underscored the discerning palate's penchant for personalized culinary journeys, where every selection is a symphony of flavours tailored to individual preferences.


As the culinary odyssey reached its crescendo, the final act was expertly choreographed by the velvety allure of a meticulously crafted cappuccino, lovingly prepared and presented by the consummate barista, Muskan. Each sip of this liquid indulgence was a symphony of harmonious flavours; the rich cream dancing atop a canvas of finely extracted espresso, culminating in a sublime finale that lingered on the palate long after the last drop was savoured.

However, the indelible memory of this extraordinary gastronomic odyssey serves as a resounding testament to the unparalleled excellence that permeates every corner of this culinary haven. Each dish, meticulously crafted and passionately presented, embodies the epitome of gastronomic artistry, leaving an indelible imprint on the palate and igniting a longing to return for another unforgettable experience within these hallowed culinary walls.
